We use the highest quality stoneware, therefore every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. HOWEVER in order to protect the glazes and keep the colours on your pieces perfect it is recommenced to only hand wash.
Yes, please contact us for a quote for international shipping.
A lot of time and care goes into packing each piece. Every item is protectively wrapped in both bubble wrap and tissue paper and packed tightly into a box to protect it from breakages.
No we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If your piece however arrives broken or damaged you are able to return it for a replacement. *please note that all ceramic orders are sent with mandatory signature on delivery and we are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages*
in the unlikely event of your piece arriving broken or damaged please email info@littleduckstudios.com.au with pictures. Once a confirmation email is sent back to you a returns shipping label will be sent to you and your piece will be replaced. Please allow 6-8 weeks for custom or one off pieces to be shipped as they will need to be re-created.
